About Jess
My passion is working with women and teaching them how to get stronger through strength training. I believe that for far too long women have been told to be smaller, eat less, and be who society tells them to be. I like to push against that narrative and help women step into their power by getting stronger and seeking health first. I believe that ultimate healing comes from focusing on 3 different areas of health: Body, Mind, and Spirit. Without these, you cannot be your whole embodied self. It is important to teach my clients that through a holistic approach, they can achieve their goals inside and outside of the gym. I became a trainer because I had someone teach me these exact things and I wanted to help women everywhere learn to feel strong, confident, and sexy in their skin. I love working with beginners to advanced and women in all walks of life. I have experience helping a lot of people heal chronic pain as well as rehab from injuries.
