Fitness is my passion and my career. It's my goal to help you turn your dreams and goals into reality.

All training takes place through a free, online app. You'll have a private, personal dashboard where you track your workouts, your daily wins, and your progress. I'll be with you every step of the way for accountability and support. Virtual training is the best aspects of private, expert coaching without the hassle of driving or scheduling!


 


I've been working as a personal trainer and nutrition coach since 2015. My specializations are women's fitness and weight loss. My goal is to make fitness fun - I want it to fit your life in a way that gives you results, energy and confidence. We'll work together to create the healthiest, happiest lifestyle yet!


My favorite client story

I had a boot camp client become an online training client when she got engaged (for more 1-on-1 and daily accountability). We had 1 year to crush her goals. Not only did she work her butt of and look phenomenal in her dress, she completed her fastest 5k, she went from never barbell squatting or deadlifting to now lifting 65% of her body weight and her whole lifestyle has turned for the stronger!

My favorite exercise

I love strength training. For years I was a cardio queen but it wasn't until I went back to working on getting stronger and building muscle that I really saw personal changes - mentally and physically. I grew up a gymnast, and to this day I love to push myself to be stronger and more athletic.

My training experience

I became a personal trainer in 2015 when I started working at a women's only training club in Massachusetts. I took my training online, and added nutrition coaching, in 2016 when I moved to Hawaii. Since moving back to the east coast I've opened my own personal training and boot camp studio, I teach live streaming fitness class 4 times a week and help women from MA, to VT, to Ohio to California reach (and surpass) their fitness goals.
