Justine holds a MS in Exercise Science & Health Promotion. She is an ACE certified personal trainer with additional certifications in performance enhancement, corrective exercise, pre & postnatal fitness, and speed training. Between military and civilian experience, she has over 7 years of group exercise instruction under her belt. In small group training she specializes in circuits and interval training. Her personal training expertise includes sports performance, functional movement, and working with the female clientele. She holds a special place in her heart for pre/postnatal women. "Once postpartum, always postpartum!" Justine uses a variety of techniques to reduce muscular dysfunction, improve posture, and create balance within the body to help her clients perform better and live healthier. She likes to shake things up and use high intensity interval training or accelerated cardio in her own workouts. Justine prefers a book over television, the outdoors over the couch, and ice cream over cupcakes. Her free time is spent making memories with her husband and three children. She is a proud Navy veteran and self-proclaimed science junkie.
