Hi there, thanks for looking at my page! I'm Katie and I love helping people get active! Creativity and fun are big components of how I train. Military, bootcamp style training is just not me. Playing sports and hitting the gym had been my favorite hobbies throughout my youth and into adulthood. Ten years after getting a degree in community health education, I realized it was time to turn my passion into a career in fitness. First, I became certified as a corrective exercise specialist. That propelled me into ACE’s CPT program and even further, to ACE's sports and conditioning specialist program. I love working with people and challenging them to become stronger. It’s so gratifying to watch clients confidence soar as they change their mind and body!

After being an professional golfer, I fell off the wagon when it came to exercise. Katie helped get my body into shape by showing me the benefits of healthy, active lifestyle.
Having had no experience with trainers, I randomly selected Katie Czahor. Katie immediately put me at ease and clearly explained what I needed to do. She welcomed the many questions I had. It’s hard work but Katie makes it fun! I feel that we are truly a team. I now look forward to our sessions and I look and feel so much better; so much healthier. I can’t say enough about how amazing Katie is. She truly is someone who takes personal interest in your development to become the best version of yourself ! Unlike some trainers, she customizes each plan for your personal goals, body type, lifestyle , etc. and you see results quickly ! In no time I had lost the belly fat I had been so desperately wanting to lose for literally years ,while gaining muscle at the same time ! With Katie as your personal trainer you will feel unstoppable and her motivation and belief in me is what keeps me going !! If you want a trainer that invests in you look no further !!
Katie is awesome! I’ve had both spinal and ankle surgeries in the past. Katie understood this, listened to my individual needs, and customized a plan specially for me. She also has great tips on healthy foods and foods to avoid. I highly recommend!
