If you find your preparation in the gym tedious or boring, you're not going to reach your full potential and maintenance becomes a dread. My favorite exercise

Leg press. It is the exercise that saved me from a life on the sidelines. After severe knee injuries in each knee, my prognosis included a handicap sticker, but thanks to a great personal trainer/therapist and this exercise, forget the sidelines. I can now snowboard!

My training experience

After my own rehab with a personal trainer, I developed a passion for helping others through personal training. I have worked with weight loss clients as well as those rehabilitating injuries and even those with disabilities (such as blindness). Although I have only been certified and officially training since 2011, I have been on this journey for over 11 years and it has given me a wealth of knowledge to share with my clients.
