I have over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. As a Fitness Instructor my main focus is core and strength training. I have been involved in sports and fitness from an early age and trained and raced in numerous competitions always placing in the top three of my age group as well as a few overall finishes. Equestrian dressage, judo, rowing, tennis, running, off-road triathlons are among my preferred sports. But, what I enjoyed most and thrived at was being an avid adventure racer and mountain biker.
My chosen career as a fitness trainer was a natural path due to my passion for health and fitness, which led me to establish Next Level Fitness, LLC. in April 2010. I am committed to helping you achieve your goals by providing you with balanced workouts and healthy eating information to increase your fitness level.
Personal training, small groups or in a group class environment my approach to fitness is to provide each individual with the personal attention they deserve and to meet his/her specific needs and goals. Focus is on correct posture, muscle engagement, and good form to minimize injury and maximize benefits.

If you need a personal trainer to kick your butt and make you work hard look no further. Barbara will get you in shape, and she is by far the best at targeting specific areas that may be of concern for you. I usually target low body as I do not need arms, and i like that she doesn't make me do areas that do not interest me. Thanks for keeping me looking smoking hot, lady! xo
