About Callista

My name is Callista owner of Fit by Callie. I began personal training to help women take back their health.


As a former corporate soldier, a busy mom of a toddler, and a business owner I know how crazy life can be and how sometimes we forget to prioritize our health. During our time together we will work on creating a positive mindset, developing healthy habits as well as basic nutrition, and of course, workouts.

My favorite client story

I had a client come to me that was newer to working out. She had done so in high school but didn't focus on it past that. We started slow with her workouts and she doubted her abilities at first, but as the weeks went by her attitude and mindset changed immensely. She was more confident in her workouts as well as her overall mindset. Each workout a new challenge was presented to her that she thought she couldn't do, but over time it became easier. She told me one day that her family noticed a positive difference not only in her body but overall mental well-being. I know she will accredit that to me, but honestly, it was all her. Those are the things I love to see; positive changes that make an amazing difference, which it why I love what I do.

My favorite exercise

That's a tough one. I love burpees and planks; it's a tie, but for my workouts personally, these are challenging and if there's one thing I love is a challenge.

My training philosophy

If you don't have your health you have nothing at all. I have had this mentality throughout my life and there is nothing more sacred to me than that. If we focus even a little bit of our time every day to move our bodies it's a win regardless of what others think.

My training experience

I officially became a trainer in 2023, so I'm fairly new to training others but not new to training. I have had formal training in dance and cheerleading in the past which has made my coaching sessions diverse and more geared to functional training.
