About Chris

Hi, I’m Chris, and I am the founder of The Advocate Voice as well as the author of two top-selling books, Move to Improve and Nourish Your Nerves. I originally became a certified personal trainer & nutritionist to help others like myself who are affected by chronic, rare, and autoimmune diseases. Soon, however, I found myself helping people through difficult pregnancies, preparing for sports evaluations, transforming personal appearances, and much more. This led to what I now call Adaptive Wellness. Adaptive Wellness is a dynamic and personalized approach to nutrition and fitness. Tailoring wellness programs to individual needs, emphasizing functional fitness and nutrition strategies. Promoting flexibility, mobility, resilience, and overall vitality for a healthier and more active lifestyle.

My training philosophy

Fitness and nutrition should compliment YOUR daily life!

My training experience

My training experience began with my own personal health journey, and as I saw symptom improvement, I also saw improvement in my overall daily life. I used this as motivation to become certified and offer my services to help others live better, more functional lives.
