About Danielle

Danielle is a military spouse and mom of 3 who loves learning and problem solving! As a former collegiate athlete, she has developed a passion for functional fitness and alignment of mind and body.

As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Danielle created a comfortable space for clients through simple and effective exercises to support beginners and more experienced fitness enthusiasts with appropriate challenges to spark growth. Her own experience with a torn ACL and osteoarthritis shifted her mindset from "push harder" to "honor your body" and her curated workouts are designed with long term health and functional fitness in mind.

Her programs consist of mat pilates, body weight strength training, weights, and TRX. She can travel and bring the workouts to your home or other location that works for you. She will tailor the workouts to your time and goals, while holding you accountable to yourself. Accountability is essential to consistency and growth, so partner and small group workouts are encouraged.

Sessions can be 30-75 minutes and always involve stretching and intentional breathwork. Her clients have included primarily active seniors and moms. They have recorded gains in strength, mobility, and loss of inches and weight.
