Fitness has always been in the forefront of my life. I just didn't realize I had such a passion to teach others how to feel better until later in life :)
Over the past 3 years as a health Coach I realized that people need support, encouragement and a reasonable plan to adopt and keep a healthier lifestyle that still allows them to enjoy life! When I help clients accomplish this and see how much more they enjoy their Daily Activities of Living as well as family, vacations, celebrations...it brings me great joy.
For youth fitness - I am finding that our younger generation truly needs encouragement and support to help build their confidence and connected them with humans versus a computer. I enjoy teaching youth fitness because they are so excited to learn new things and try anything. It is truly the best feeling ever watching them smile at their accomplishment!
