I’m a new trainer. I’m only a couple years into my own fitness journey. I do not naturally love fitness. Over time I’ve come to respect it and love how I feel after I workout. I do enjoy helping others get on their own fitness journey. It’s so empowering to go from not being able to do something to doing it. I loved when I could finally do push-ups. I felt so bad ***.
