Over the last four and a half years, I have found my passion to help others find happiness in life, feel comfortable in their own skin, getting rid of self doubt, all while getting the goals that they want. It truly feels good to FEEL GOOD.
In my experience, a healthy lifestyle goes beyond lifting weights and doing cardio. It's about being mobile and moving with ease, having a balance of choosing healthier foods but also not feel guilty if a cookie is enjoyed every now and then. I love helping people see and experience what they're bodies are capable of when they mentally challenge themselves without doing too much too fast.
My goal is to help other women achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues and feeling your best inside and out!
My favorite exercise
I love anything with the CORE! Especially planks! The core is our powerhouse and where a lot of our strength comes from. Without a strong core, serious problems in other areas of the body can occur, like the lower back for example.
My training experience
Over the last 4 1/2 years I worked in a commercial gym, as well as a military gym. I’ve worked with primarily women for weight loss, helped them focus on proper form, and I’m always challenging my clients to use heavier weights! I do make sure the client doesn’t progress too quickly where injuries can occur. We slowly progress overtime and my clients always feel stronger than ever before and love the way it feels!
