I absolutely love squats because of its’ functional nature. As I include squats in my clients routines, I help them see how this is related to how they move on a daily basis.

I have very specific goals of increasing my flexibility. I tried contacting other trainers but they wanted to do a workout and maybe there will be time afterwards for stretching. Nicole listened and we incorporated stretches throughout the workout. Plus she gave me tips on how I can do different stretches during the day. Nicole communicates well, pushes you and encourages you.
First training session with Nicole this morning was great, and I look forward to seeing her on a regular basis from now on. I have a list of several different goals I'm hoping to achieve, and Nicole addressed all of them well in our hour-session. She was enthusiastic and encouraging. I can't lift my arms above my head. :)
