Greetings! I am a NASM certified personal trainer and with experience doing one-one-one, small group training and group fitness classes. I have also practiced martial arts off and on for the past 28 years and welcome the opportunity to incorporate this into the training sessions for interested clients. Initial sessions will include an assessment to ensure the workout program is tailored to meet specific goals, address individual compensations/imbalances and provide a foundation for balanced stability and strength gains over time.
