About Brianna

Lose Body Fat, Build Lean Muscle & Move Without Pain

Fat Loss & Corrective Strength Specialist

Most people don’t struggle because they lack discipline... they struggle because their workouts don’t match their body.

I help people lose body fat while eliminating knee, hip, and back discomfort through structured strength training and movement correction. My approach focuses on building lean muscle, improving mobility, and reshaping your body in a sustainable way... without extreme dieting or punishing workouts.

After losing 70 lbs and reversing high blood pressure myself, I became a certified personal trainer in 2016. Since then, I’ve helped clients transform not just how they look, but how they move and feel.

My Four-Quadrant Training Method combines:

• Mobility & corrective movement

• Progressive strength training

• Metabolism-building programming

• Sustainable nutrition guidance

This allows you to lose fat, build muscle, and move pain-free.. all at the same time.

Whether your goal is weight loss, toning, or getting out of chronic discomfort, I’ll create a structured plan that fits your body and your lifestyle.

My favorite client story

One of my favorite success stories is a client who came to me wanting to lose weight but was limited by chronic knee pain and low energy.

Instead of pushing harder workouts, we focused on correcting her movement patterns, strengthening supporting muscles, and gradually building lean muscle.

Within a few months, she not only reduced body fat but eliminated her knee discomfort and regained confidence in the gym. What started as “I just want to lose weight” turned into a full body transformation — stronger, leaner, and pain-free.

That’s the power of combining fat loss with corrective strength training.

My favorite exercise

Squatting is one of the most functional movement patterns we have — it directly translates to everyday life. If you want to be able to get up and down from the floor, use the bathroom independently, lift groceries, or stay strong as you age, you need to be able to squat well.

I love using squat variations to improve mobility, posture, and joint alignment while building lean muscle. When programmed correctly, squats strengthen the glutes, core, and legs while supporting the knees and lower back.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping someone who says, “I’ve never been able to squat,” learn how to squat pain-free and confidently. Squatting shouldn’t hurt — it should feel strong and stable.

When we fix the pattern, everything else improves.

My training philosophy

Training should build you up — not break you down.

I focus on:

? Proper movement patterns
? Strength progression
? Long-term metabolic health
? Sustainable fat loss

You won’t find crash diets, random workouts, or burnout-based programming here.

Instead, you’ll learn how to train in a way that supports your joints, builds lean muscle, and creates lasting body composition changes.

Results come from structure, progression, and consistency — not extremes.

My training experience

Since becoming a certified trainer in 2016, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from beginners learning how to move safely to athletes recovering from injuries. My experience includes corrective exercise, functional movement, mobility training, and body recomposition. I use a four-quadrant training system that helps clients eliminate tightness, move freely, and achieve lasting fat loss without restriction or punishment.

I’d been struggling with weight loss, overall fitness and injuries. Most recently fractured my ankle. I’ve had several personal trainers throughout the past 10 years and I knew I needed to find a trainer that wouldn’t be the status quo. After some research, It appeared to be a type of personal training that was very different from the trainers, programs and approaches I’d had before.  In the past I’ve had trainers that focus on extreme workouts and extreme diets. I’ve also tried every therapy I could find. I always had injury after injury.  The first thing I noticed about Brianna is that for the first time the workouts and exercises were restorative.  She is a storehouse of information and knowledge and as a result I was able to workout while injured and without making the injury worse. Overtime the work I was doing with my trainer provided the  support and environment  for the injuries to heal. For the first time I was made aware of my various imbalances and there was a plan to address them.  The biggest benefit of working with Brianna has been healing, strength, balance and knowledge. I’m now healthy enough to workout and my workouts do not result in injury. I am stronger and have more balance in all areas of my life, not just physically. The wealth of knowledge is mind blowing. I have learned so much. The experience has been a relief as well. I had anxiety when it came to trainers and working out due to prior experiences with other trainers. Working out is now a pleasure.  If you are thinking about trying Brianna as a trainer, just do it. It will be like nothing you’ve tried before. She is patient, skilled and knowledgeable. Working out with Brianna ensures you can continue working out and continue moving for years to come. My trainer Brianna is especially amazing. Brianna sees you and deeply understands your specific needs.

Bri and I worked together for a year and a half, and I loved our time together. Instead of just jumping in on a standard program, Bri really listened to my goals and evaluated how my body moved to support any mobility challenges. Bri was always super communicative, understanding, and a powerful cheerleader for me working toward my fitness goals!
