About Brianna

In 2013, I lost 70lbs in one year and got myself off of high blood pressure meds for good, which later led me to becoming a professional trainer in 2016. I utilize a four quadrant system that has helped countless clients vanish tightness, get out of pain, and drop body fat without feeling like they have to torture themselves in the gym.

I’d been struggling with weight loss, overall fitness and injuries. Most recently fractured my ankle. I’ve had several personal trainers throughout the past 10 years and I knew I needed to find a trainer that wouldn’t be the status quo. After some research, It appeared to be a type of personal training that was very different from the trainers, programs and approaches I’d had before.  In the past I’ve had trainers that focus on extreme workouts and extreme diets. I’ve also tried every therapy I could find. I always had injury after injury.  The first thing I noticed about Brianna is that for the first time the workouts and exercises were restorative.  She is a storehouse of information and knowledge and as a result I was able to workout while injured and without making the injury worse. Overtime the work I was doing with my trainer provided the  support and environment  for the injuries to heal. For the first time I was made aware of my various imbalances and there was a plan to address them.  The biggest benefit of working with Brianna has been healing, strength, balance and knowledge. I’m now healthy enough to workout and my workouts do not result in injury. I am stronger and have more balance in all areas of my life, not just physically. The wealth of knowledge is mind blowing. I have learned so much. The experience has been a relief as well. I had anxiety when it came to trainers and working out due to prior experiences with other trainers. Working out is now a pleasure.  If you are thinking about trying Brianna as a trainer, just do it. It will be like nothing you’ve tried before. She is patient, skilled and knowledgeable. Working out with Brianna ensures you can continue working out and continue moving for years to come. My trainer Brianna is especially amazing. Brianna sees you and deeply understands your specific needs.

Instead of just jumping in on a standard program, Bri really listened to my goals and evaluated how my body moved to support any mobility challenges.
