About Chris

With several years of experience as a personal trainer and training myself, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a holistic approach to fitness. My background includes working closely with chiropractors and physical therapists, as well as serving as a PT aid. This diverse experience has shaped my belief that mastering proper form is crucial not only for achieving today’s fitness goals but also for preventing injuries and ensuring long-term success: form is foundational.

I prioritize the immediate needs of my clients while keeping their overarching objectives in focus. Whether it's pain here, or a twinge there, that is always my first priority. Training is secondary to the hurdles presented by pain. My approach blends meticulous attention to technique with a forward-thinking mindset, aiming to enhance both present performance and future potential. Whether you're starting out on your fitness journey or struggling to reach the next level, I’m committed to guiding you with expertise and dedication.

I have several clients that present with pain in the shoulders, hips, knees, all the way to the foot. At Kinetic Personal Training, we find the root of the problem over the course of several sessions and develop a plan to counter those nagging chronic issues. We figure out what types of exercises are appropriate for any given issue and tackle those issues first and foremost. Once a client feels confident in their abilities, we naturally progress toward their short-term and eventually long term goals. It’s a marathon, but in the end my clients leave pain free and feeling accomplished.
