About Faaiuaso

With a lifelong passion for sports and fitness, I began my athletic journey on the fields of football, baseball, and rugby. Each sport pushed my body to its limits, helping me build strength, endurance, and resilience. However, this same physical intensity also led to multiple injuries, and in time, I found myself spending more and more time in physical therapy to heal and recover.

It was during these years of recovery that I discovered my true calling. I became fascinated with the power of physical therapy and how it not only helped people recover from injuries but also gave them the tools to rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence. I began working with clients recovering from injuries, artificial implants, strokes, and other conditions, learning how to tailor rehabilitation programs to fit each person’s unique needs.

But my own personal journey also taught me invaluable lessons. Weighing in at 380 pounds at one point in my life, I experienced the struggle of being overweight firsthand. Through dedication, discipline, and the right training techniques, I lost the excess weight, built lean muscle, and transformed my body. This personal transformation fuels my passion for helping others, as I know firsthand what it feels like to overcome obstacles, regain control, and build a stronger, healthier version of yourself.

As a trainer, I take a functional approach to fitness, ensuring that the movements and exercises we do translate to real-life performance. Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose weight, recover from an injury, or improve athletic performance, I adapt every program to suit your needs. My philosophy is simple: fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all. We all have different goals, challenges, and starting points, and together, we’ll craft a plan that works for you, no matter where you're at.

The journey is personal, and I’m here to help you succeed — whether that’s through recovery, strength-building, or achieving your fitness dreams. Let's build the foundation for a healthier, stronger you!
