About Glen

I’ve been working in the strength and fitness world for over 15 years, training people of all ages and ability levels. From kids as young as seven to adults in their eighties, I’ve coached everyone from ultra-marathoners and Division 1 athletes to stay-at-home parents and people recovering from injuries or surgeries.

All of that experience has shaped how I approach training: it should be effective, supportive, and approachable. Gyms can feel intimidating, but my goal is to create a space that’s relaxed, welcoming, and focused on growth.

I offer both small group sessions (capped at six people) and one-on-one training, so you can choose the style that fits you best. In groups, you’ll get plenty of individual coaching while enjoying the energy of training alongside others. With personal training, you’ll get fully customized sessions designed around your specific goals and needs.

Either way, we train hard, but we also laugh, learn, and build genuine connections along the way. At its core, this is about more than fitness—it’s about building strong friendships and a strong community.
