For many of my clients, I have a very relatable fitness journey. I’m not a natural athlete. I wasn’t a star player on any high school or college team. For much of my adult life, I struggled with weight management. Through my own challenges, I was determined to equip myself with accurate, scientifically verified information, as well as adopt the psychological fortitude to overcome hurdles. I know firsthand the power of knowledge, well developed coping strategies, and essential support.
