Hello. I am a certified trainer and group fitness instructor with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have been practicing my profession for over 10 years! Every BODY is different and each BODY is unique. You can not train everyone the same. Many of us need to fix muscular imbalances to improve on our every day functions! Then we can move on to the next step... Losing weight or improving balance and flexibility or strengthening and toning. I love working with bands, balls and dumb bells!
