About Lu

I fell in love with fitness after started working out for myself and wellbeing. At first, I was a little skinny kid weighing 130lbs with 5 feet 10 inches. I wanted to gain muscles and get a lean body and perform better at the same time. Basically, I wanted to become more active and pursue fitness as a life long journey. Right now, I have gathered all the knowledge across from the classroom, training myself and over 100 clients helping them achieve their personal goals. My favorite client story

I have had one girl who was not able to run 1 mile and I trained her from the beginner program along with resistance exercises, core strengthening. At last, she was able to run even 2miles without out of breath in a good form. It goes on to show her improvement in physical activity and being able to avoid unnecessary injuries at the same time.

My favorite exercise

I am a big believer in being able to move efficiently as a human being such as crawling, running, jumping etc.

I like doing creative movements such as burpees and sprints. etc.

My training philosophy

I believe that every human being has their own potential and you just need to unleash the inner beast. Everyone is capable of doing something and I can teach them to get better in their movements for the long time wellbeing and physical activity.

My training experience

I have trained over 100 clients with different goals ranging from athletes who play soccer, football to people who are 50 years old with low back injury. I have gathered all the knowledge from my training experience from the clients, myself and classroom to give you the best service I can.
