About Rebecca

I’m a certified personal trainer who helps people build real strength, confidence, and long-term consistency with exercise. My coaching approach is structured, supportive, and focused on making strength training clear, practical, and sustainable.

I specialize in working with beginners and with women over 40 who want to feel stronger, move better, and understand how to train effectively as their bodies change. Many of my clients come to me feeling unsure where to start, frustrated by slow progress, or intimidated by traditional gym programs. I help remove that confusion by providing clear, progressive training plans that build strength step by step.

My programs focus on foundational movement patterns—squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, and core stability. Strengthening these patterns improves posture, balance, and mobility while helping clients safely increase strength and build muscle over time. This approach is particularly important for women in their 40s and beyond, when maintaining muscle mass, bone density, and joint health becomes increasingly important.

I believe effective coaching combines structure with flexibility. Each program is designed to meet clients where they are and progress at a pace that supports steady improvement. Rather than quick fixes, I focus on helping clients develop a strong foundation and sustainable habits they can maintain for years.

Whether your goal is to learn proper strength training, regain confidence in the gym, or build strength that supports your everyday life, I aim to provide clear guidance, practical tools, and a path forward that feels achievable.
