I have been working out with Renae for over 6 years in a few different settings. She teaches great classes (DownDawg Yoga and Cardio Mix) which I only miss if I'm out of town - these classes are fun and have great energy thanks to Renae's never ending energy and enthusiasm. Renae also coaches from her home studio where I have been able to receive encouragement and the additional strength training needed to stay strong and fit.
