Welcome! I'm Taylor, a NASM-certified personal trainer in Seattle. I have about 10 years of experience in the fitness industry with special focus in:

I hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington, where I majored in Dance, studying human movement science. I'm passionate about helping clients build a positive relationship with their bodies and building self-confidence through exercise.

Taylor is great! As someone who hasn't worked out in a long time and was not very in shape, I was super nervous about the intensity and pacing of personal training. Taylor had the perfect combination of the slower pacing I needed with the gentle encouragement I needed to make sure I was pushing myself and growing.
