My favorite exercise

An aerial lyra class, pole dance, deadlifts, lat pulldowns, concentration curls, jazz dance, skiing, horseback riding... too hard to pick.

Taylor is an excellent personal trainer who takes the time to learn your needs by developing a personalized plan that works towards those goals/needs. She keeps you accountable and strives to ensure you are accomplishing your fitness goals in a safe and friendly space. I could not recommend a better trainer to work with on one’s fitness journey!

Taylor is great! As someone who hasn't worked out in a long time and was not very in shape, I was super nervous about the intensity and pacing of personal training. Taylor had the perfect combination of the slower pacing I needed with the gentle encouragement I needed to make sure I was pushing myself and growing.

I used to be an athlete, a million years ago. After *life happened*, not only did I stop going to the gym, but I became so sedentary that even walking up flights of stairs left me winded. I needed accountability, or else I'd proven to myself that I absolutely will not work out on my own. When I decided to hunt for a personal trainer, I wanted to find another woman (I'm also a woman and it's hard for me to feel vulnerable/bad at things in front of people) and stumbled across Taylor. Not only has every session been spectacular, but I'm already planning on our next set of sessions when the current package expires. She's kind, encouraging, funny, knowledgable, always has a lesson planned, AND she's gotten incredible results. (Does this sound like an ad? I'm just excited). I texted her the other day after carrying 6 brick-heavy boxes of books up several flights of stairs and to my shock, I didn't feel winded at all. She's making me strong, I already feel better, I'm more confident, and I actively look forward to our objectively challenging (because she's PUSHING me to be my best self, in a kind way) workouts! I hope to continue working with Taylor for a long time.

Taylor Crow is an AMAZING trainer! She pushes you and motivates you in the most positive uplifting way. She is there every step of the way to help you reach your goals and celebrate all your successes. She is so welcoming to everybody and every ability level. I have had many experiences with different trainers and by far every experience with Taylor is my favorite.

Taylor is a delight to work with! Her motivation and expertise have helped me build a consistent strength training routine, and her concise, encouraging feedback keeps me motivated to work hard. I've also had the privilege of working with Taylor in Bellevue's Snowflake Lane Parade for two years. As a group leader, she cares for the well-being of each individual, and uses her enthusiasm and professional approach to create an atmosphere where everyone feels valued as part of the team. Her inclusive attitude toward fitness is inspiring.. I can't wait to continue working with her!

Taylor has transformed my life. I have never had a trainer before, and over the course of a year, she has built up my body and built up my confidence. She has approached sessions with support and understanding, going out of her way to use genuine encouragement to lift me up rather than using tough love to tear me down. Due to her deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, she has always explained the reasoning behind each exercise, including which muscle groups were being targeted and how they were being targeted. As I have learned the inner workings of my muscle groups better, I have come to understand the importance of doing each exercise with correct form to avoid injury and to isolate the correct parts of my body. I realize now that much of the effort that I put into fitness prior to knowing Taylor had largely been a squandered effort, since my incorrect form, inability to increase resistance appropriately, and unwillingness to work out consistently led to stagnation rather than progress. Taylor has always been exceptionally professional - over the course of over a hundred sessions together, she has never been late once, even while going out of her way to travel to my location every time. She has shown a consistent passion for body positivity, speaking out against superficial measurements of success and pushing back against physical insecurities. She has also displayed a wealth of knowledge on a variety of topics outside of fitness, providing thought-provoking conversation during every session that has always left me feeling enriched and engaged. I wholeheartedly recommend Taylor as your trainer, knowing full well that if people come to know how stellar of a person she is, she will be so fully booked that I will never be able to schedule another session with her.

Taylor deserves all the stars I can give her. 100/10. She is so patient, so kind, so accommodating. As someone coming from a dance and personal training background, she was able to bridge my dance expertise and introduction to strength training. She is super knowledgeable and provides articulate, eloquent, and easy to follow explanations about understanding your body and making those mind-body connections. I feel so much stronger since I started training with her, both physically and mentally. Run don’t walk to book a session with Taylor.

All it took was one 1 hour session with Taylor, and I was shocked by her knowledge and execution in personal training and fitness. I've had several trainers and coaches as both a high school and college athlete, so I can truly tell when I find one that stands out from the rest. Taylor is definitely one of them! Her ability to change workouts on the fly to accommodate equipment ability and my abilities (or lack there of) were so impressive. She was able to make such simple yet help cues, and it's so impressive that someone only in her 20s who I can call my agemate has so much knowledge and talent in this field that I could only dream of!
