About Nate
Fitness has been apart of my life for almost 10 years now. I enjoy everything fitness has to offer, both mentally and physically. I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult, and often times ends in failure. My goal is to change your view on fitness so that it becomes a part of who you are and seems like less of a chore. During training sessions, I expect my clients to work hard and share a couple laughs along the way. I believe fitness should be fun, not intimidating! Whatever your fitness goals are, together, we are ready for the journey!
