About Randy

Yo, Welcome. My name is Randy, I've been a trainer for coming up on six years. In that time, I have helped both men and women prepare for their big day. Whether it's a wedding, their first day of boot camp, or a powerlifting competition. I wasn't always a trainer, this isn't what I went to school for. I originally saw myself in a marketing capacity but ended up finding that this is what I love doing. My training philosophy is simple, "I'm not done yet!" This means, I won't ever give up on you as long as you don't give up on yourself. I've found in my own life that's what's most important. So, as long as you show up, I'll push you towards your goals whether it's lose weight for an event, get stronger, or become the hero you were always meant to be. (Oh, yeah! I should mention comics and superheroes are my thing). Let's work together to reach whatever goal you have!

My training philosophy

If you're not dead yet, then you're not done yet. I'm not going to make you kill yourself every workout, but I will make you push and keep pushing. Because you're not done yet.

My training experience

I've been training people since 2015. I have often taken pride in building my clients up and helping them reach their goals. I've worked with the elderly, and teenagers but focus mostly on men and women in their 30s and 40s. I also help people physically prepare for the military and the police academy I love working with anyone who is prepared to push themselves to be better.
