I have worked with all types of clients from people who needed extreme weight loss, to student athletes, and even new exercisers who are looking at gaining muscle. I tailor the sessions to you. If you want a gentle coaching experience or an in your face kind of trainer, I do what works best for the individual client. I have experience as a competitive martial artist and I can help with sports specific conditioning as well. I take a bottom up approach and I like to focus on quality of contraction, range of motion and most importantly a safe and effective environment.
My favorite client story
I helped my cousins husband go from 385 pounds, down to 295 pounds before he moved out of state.
My favorite exercise
Too many to choose from. Clean and press, deadlifts, pull-ups, running, and martial arts.
My training philosophy
Diligence, consistancy and hard work are the pillars to success. It's ok to slip and fall but get back up and fight harder each time you slip.
My training experience
I have been personal training since August of 2014. I have helped people who are very over weight to lose weight, I have helped people who were very very skinny become muscular, I have also helped athletes and former athletes. I have also trained seniors. It is never to late to start.
