I’m a newly certified personal trainer with a passion for health and fitness and helping others in anyway I can. I can help anyone form a workout plan that will work with your schedule and your monthly budget. I have worked with friends and family who are anywhere from overweight/obese to those who need to add muscle and weight. I’ve worked with those who are post-partum and need to workout from home. I am open to working with any variety of clients and I’m willing to learn what I need to in order to help clients who have backgrounds and difficulties I have not encountered yet. A typical session with me depends on your level of activity and what motivates you to continue and what style makes you happy.

MY favorite/hardest exercise is lunges, in any variety!!

If you want results you have to put in the hard work, nothing comes easy, when you start seeing results it is so worth all the work you did to get there.
My training experience
I started working out about a year after i gave birth to my son. I was extremely unhappy with my body and so i got a membership and i just did whatever i could when i started. I then researched for hours about weightlifting and everything that entails and i fell in love with the weights and getting stronger. Which I then felt the need to tell everyone and anyone i know what i found and wanted to help others feel powerful and as happy as i was!
