My favorite client story
(Not sure if there is ONE Favorite) Though my most recent client stories involves a golfer who was struggling with consistency and power in his swing, and an overall poor body image. Through consisten training and healthier habits, he gained confidence in himself and his body with rippled out in to his golf, his relationships and life overall. Witnessing his transformation and seeing the joy on his face is truly rewarding.
My favorite exercise
For my clients core stability exercises, particularly those that challenge balance and control. Exercises like the plank variations or stability ball rollouts are not only effective for improving core strength but also translate directly to a more stable and powerful golf swing. For myself, I LOVE doing 360 Swings with my Steel Mace and Kettlebell Swings!
