My training experience
I have been in pretty good shape all my life. I have been working out since II was 14 if you do not include sports. I enjoyed seeing changes in my physique and physical performance. After I graduated high school my activity levels dropped, this caused me to gain weight. I had to learn that since I am not burning as many calories as I did in the past I would have to consume less calories.
