I've been in love with health and fitness for over 20 years. I've tried many methods and by trial and error found what works best. I've studied the research on my own for many years. Realizing this field as my passion I decided to take all my knowledge and add a formal education to it in order to help others achieve their goals. I'm not stopping there. My clients deserve a top notch trainer and that's exactly what I'll give them. I'm committed to staying abreast of the most current information. To meet that goal I am currently enrolled at UALR pursuing my bachelor's degree in health promotion and minor in exercise science.
My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise would be a squat with over head press. This movement provides functional fitness and multi-joint movements to help you in your daily activities of living.
