About Sarahbeth
My training style is calm, supportive, and focused on helping your body work better, not just harder. I use biomechanics, breathwork, strength foundations, and simple alignment fixes to help you move well, build confidence, and actually feel progress in your day-to-day life. Expect sessions that meet you exactly where you’re at and adjust as needed - we focus on consistency over perfection.
I work with women who are restarting, postpartum, overwhelmed, or tired of forcing plans that don’t fit their actual life. I’m big on modifying, explaining the “why,” and making sure every workout feels doable, effective, and personal to you.
And yes - I get it personally. I’ve lost 70 pounds, completed the Disney Fairy Tale Challenge, and then had two kids in two years. I’m rebuilding my own routines while navigating ADHD and the messy middle of motherhood. That’s actually why I’m so serious about good programming and smart coaching. I’ve learned firsthand what works, what doesn’t, and how much easier fitness becomes when your body mechanics and lifestyle actually line up.
I’m here to help you get results that finally make sense for your life.
My favorite client story
My favorite client stories are the ones where a woman comes to me feeling like she’s lazy, broken, or “just can't stick with working out”… and then realizes her body just needed a more strategic approach.
One client in particular had been dealing with constant tightness and on-and-off pain. We took pressure off and made working out more accessible, cleaned up how she moved and breathed, and rebuilt her training around what her body actually needed. Not only did her pain drop — she finally found consistency and started to feel SO much more confident in her day-to-day life.
That's the kind of win I live for!!
My favorite exercise
I'm a total upper body girl, if I never did another squat in my lifetime I think I'd be totally happy.
I love cable machines so any sort of cable chest press or fly makes me pretty happy.
My favorite quote
"I never lose. I either win or learn"
-Nelson Mandela
My training philosophy
I believe training should work with your body, not against it. You shouldn’t have to destroy yourself in the gym to see results. When we address how you move, breathe, and load your body — and pair that with smart programming — you get stronger, move better, and stay consistent without burning out. My goal is to make training feel sustainable, empowering, and actually effective long-term.
My training experience
My background blends movement mechanics with long-term strength training — which means I don’t just make workouts hard, I make them make sense for YOU.
But before I became a personal trainer, I spent 5 years coaching women through accountability, consistency, and actually showing up for themselves. I started with home workouts, habit-building, and my own weight loss journey — learning firsthand what it feels like to think you’re “bad at being consistent” when really you just don’t have the right support or structure.
That’s why I don’t just program exercises. I help women build routines they can actually stick to, understand what their body needs, and make progress without burning out or beating themselves up.
