If you are looking to have an awesome time during a strenuous workout, you have come to the right place. My goal is to see the daily strides my clients make in their fitness journey, whether it is losing weight, being more active, or getting ready for the big wedding day. I want my clients to fall in love with creating a beautiful life and body. In addition to workouts, I provide nutritional guidance, food log feedback, and monthly assessments so that your progress is gained as quickly and effectively as possible. I like to meet with a client beforehand to learn more about him or her, previous workout regiments, health history and fitness goals.
My approach as a Personal Trainer is based in weight and circuit training with HIIT for maximum results. I am an encourager and motivator and utilize positivity rather than drill sargeant tactics. My clients are pushed to give their best efforts but encouraged to do so through positive self-talk and laughter. I have trained athletes, active agers, seniors, moms, and enjoy bringing positivity and joy to training for people at any point in their fitness jounreys. Please don't be afraid to reach out even if you have questions. I am happy to help.
Alittle bit about myself:
- Fitness and Wellness has always been a passion of mine since I began my fitness journey at the age of 6. Competing for the prestigious University of Texas at Austin Lady Longhorns track and field team, I earned many accoloades from 2005-2009 including becoming a National Champion. I am a recently retired World Class NIKE Professional Track and Field sprinter, who specialized in the 100 meters and 200 meters. I competed on the international Elite level for 8 years, where I was a medalist of multiple USA Track and Field World Championship teams. I saw how sports impacted the lives of so many people and inspired them to live healthy, active lives. This inspired me to continue down the path of fitness which is why I became a trainer.
My favorite exercise
is a plank. It is full body exercise, has so many variations and great benefits.
My favorite quote
Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will. -Ghandi

Very fun workout!
I have been working out with Alexandria for the past couple months, partly in personal and partly virtual. It has worked out great for me - I have appreciated her flexibility in this Covid crisis, and I have been making very good progress towards my fitness goals. Highly recommended.
