About Alexandria

Fitness and Wellness has always been a passion of mine since I began my fitness journey at the age of 6. Competing for the prestige University of Texas at Austin Lady Longhorns track and field team, I earned many accoloades from 2005-2009 including becoming a National Champion. I am a recently retired World Class NIKE Professional Track and Field sprinter, who specialized in the 100 meters and 200 meters. I competed on the international Elite level for 8 years, where I was a medalist of multiple USA Track and Field Championship World Championship and Olympic teams. I saw how sports impacted the lives of so many people and inspired them to live healthy, active lives. This inspired me to continue down the path of fitness which is why I became a trainer. If you are looking to have a great time during a strenuous workout, I am the trainer for you. My goal is to see the daily strides my clients make with their fitness goals, whether it is losing weight, being more active, or getting ready for the big wedding day. I meet with a client beforehand to learn more about him or her, previous workout regiments, health history and come up with a exercise plan, which will change as we progress with your training and moving closer to your goals. I travel to my clients, provide health coaching, food log feedback and monthly assessments so our sessions are as convenient for you as possible.
