I have been training with Anu for over 10 years now and I have no reservations in recommending her as an excellent PT. For the first 4 years Anu trained me and my husband at our home and after Anu moved to Austin we successfully continued over Skype. Anu has an extremely sharp eye for assessing my energy level after which she effectively stretches my performance to get to most out of each session. She never misses an opportunity to correct my posture in order to challenge my muscles as I go through the individual exercises. She is always timely and organized in planning our schedule. With her sense for humor and overal personal attitude she also always makes the sessions fun and interesting.
If you want results and a trainer who listens to your needs and your body, Anu is fabulous. I have gotten results through her ability to work with my bodies' needs as well as she consults on nutrition and puts a plan in place each week so I go into the weekend with a plan and goal. We do weigh-ins and measurements which helps my psyche continue to want to see improvement and results. Anu is the real deal and very connected should you need a great massage therapist, chiropractor, hormone specialist, etc.
I was fortunate enough to find Anu when I decided after my birthday that I was ready to get back into shape. I was specifically looking for someone who would travel to me and hold me accountable. Anu is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of health and fitness including nutrition! She was always creative with our workouts by changing up our routines. I suffer from low back issues, Anu was cognizant of choosing the correct exercises, and focused on stretching at the end of our training. I would highly recommend Anu!
I worked out with Anu a few years ago before having a major surgery and I was able to gain strength and lose weight during the 3 months prior.
