My name is Christian Pena and I'm from San Antonio TX, moved up to Austin a couple years back and have fell in love with this place. I've been training people for close to 5 years now and have been looking to gain new clients who are wanting to be challenged not just physically but mentally as well. Emotion is created by motion, so the more I meet with my clients the better they get and feel.
I've been working out at Onnit Gym in ATX and the gym has shown and taught me a variety of different tools I can use to relay to all my clients. I'm a very "Educated Facilitator" when it comes to my training style, there will never be a time when I have a client do a workout just because it looks cool. I'm more interested in the longevity of how the body should look and feel. I'll be constantly checking in daily/weekly to make sure my clients are meeting their expectations and changing this type of healthy lifestyle into a habit for them.
I've played Collegiate Basketball for 4 years and have played Overseas for 1. Extremely open to taking on beginner/intermediate/ and advance clients. The main focus for me is to connect with people on a higher level of "WHY" they want to workout or look better or feel better or whatever the case may be. I'm going to find that nitch that works best for you and progress from there.
