I have been overweight a good part of my life. I have family history of diabetes, high blood pressure, Alzheimer, and high cholesterol. I no longer wanted to be a part of my family's history and created my own future with my health. I'm an avid believer of creating a better you, from the inside out. So I got back into being active and getting healthier. In doing so, I re-pursued my ambitions of getting my NASM CPT certification that I accomplished in 2018. Since then I have become an advocacy of healthier living. I volunteer for my company's C.A.R.E Program (Check Up, A Healthy Outlook, Regular Physical Activity, Eating Right) and was awarded the CARE Champion Of The Year in 2018 for being actively involved in helping improve the health of my colleagues. Helping others has become a passion for me and I want to continue that passion in my fitness journey with you. I'm not just another health guru that has been fit and healthy all my life. I am you, the average Joe. That wants a better self. And I want to help you REINVENT YOURSELF.
My favorite client story
I had a client come to me for having knee and back pain that his doctor said he needed to make stronger. I did an over the phone PAR-Q and hand on assessment to evaluate his weak points. After doing a proper assessment, we worked on doing corrective exercises to improve his posture and fix his muscle imbalance. In just 3 weeks, he's told me he's already having less back and knee pain and that his knees don't hurt walking up stairs as before.

Danny is the best trainer I have worked with in my life. He is great motivator and instructor. He comes prepared with a individual plan for each goal- weight loss, strength building, toning or any other plan. We have a ton of fun and I look forward to the workouts.
