Hi guys! My name is Erin. I am a Personal Trainer. Being a personal trainer has blessed me with the opportunity to help strengthen clients minds, body, and spirit through fitness and health! I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to be the best version of themselves, starting with fitness and health. A typical workout with me usually consists of 45 mins of stretching, building muscle, gaining strength, achieving your goals, and most importantly enjoying the workout.

I wanted to take the time and write this review about Erin. I had a total of 4 sessions with her to date. Here is what I have experienced - She is knowledgable. She understands what your body needs. And she transfers that understanding easily into a workout routine. - Her workout routines are fun and they will work you hard. But I never felt like I was not able to keep up. She does not push. She knows how to structure the program in a way that challenges, push you to the limit but will not break you. - Great personality. Friendly and pleasant to be around. Thanks Erin for your help :)
