As your trainer and coach I will pour my decades worth of experience into transforming your body and crushing your fitness and wellness goal. Whether you're looking to tone up, burn fat, build muscle, or increase flexibility, I'll be with you every step of the way to show you exactly how to train, what to eat, and how to instill positive life habits for lasting change.
My training sessions go beyond the gym as I'll teach you how to safely add muscle, align your posture, gain mobility, and master movement to move pain free in all parts of your life, not just in the gym.
Along with personal training, I offer massage therapy to provide you the full training and recovery experience.

My favorite client story
My favorite client story goes out to one of my longest time clients Scott. Scott had never really been pushed physically until he started my program. Together we planned a goal to strive towards that would sharpen his resolve; he chose to summit Mount Kailash of the Himalayas, a grueling 21k ft climb with temperatures that drop to below 20 degrees. Under my guidance and with his new found grit, he was able to put in the work and summit the harsh mountain; an accomplishment that he says is a defining moment of his adult life.
My favorite exercise
This like trying to choose your favorite kid, but personally I love a good sand bag lift. It's a little messier than a traditional barbell action, but it's a great for general strength that translate well outside of the gym.

My training philosophy
Nothing positively adapts without resistance. Strong winds make strong trees. Resistance is the stress that makes us strong. If we can learn to find calm in that stress we grow mentally and physically to our fullest potential.
