My favorite client story
My favorite client story goes out to one of my longest time clients Scott. Scott had never been physically pushed in his life until he started my program. Together we planned a goal to strive towards that would sharpen his resolve; he chose to summit Mount Kailash of the Himalayas, a grueling 21k ft climb with temperatures that drop to below 20 degrees. Under my guidance and with his new found grit, he was able to put in the work and summit the harsh mountain; an accomplishment that he says is a defining moment of his adult life.
My favorite exercise
The cable "Lumberjack"; it's a rotational exercise done on a cable machine, or with a resistance band that functional engages the obliques. It stands out as my favorite because it's both universally functional, and helps carve out and define the obliques to make your core look amazing.
