My favorite client story

I'm forever grateful for my client and now friend Jovan, I helped him gain the muscle mass he wanted, but also help him grow his confidence and mental well-being back. He came to me not knowing what to do, but had been working out for months and not seeing the results he wanted. Rocked by being a multi-business owner, problems in his personal life, his schedule jam-packed and mental capacity was almost capped. We found out exactly what frequency, habits, and dialed in on his nutrition. Now, Jovan has been able to reach his goals and completing new goals now!

My favorite exercise

My favorite exercise is the Bear Crawl. It definitely isn't the prettiest, but if I was stuck on a deserted island with no equipment. This exercise and it's progressions, would help me conquer that island.
