My name is Maxle Watson, I've been helping people maximize their potential by gaining lean muscle mass, build better functional posture control, and overall athleticism for 6 years in the Austin, Texas area and with many online clients. When I started my fitness journey my nickname was "bones", I was 6'1" and 115lbs, so nervous about my body I didn't take my shirt off at the pool because I was so self conscious. I gained lean muscle and most importanly my confidence back. I'm here to help people be the healthiest version of themselves and maximize their potential inside of training and out.
