About Alia

I have over 6 years of experience in a physical therapy setting. I have helped countless patients in a clinical setting heal and recover. As well as my extensive experience in rehab, I also a graduated with a bachelor in science for Kinesiology- Exercise Science, as well as acquired my certification through ACEFITNESS, a NCCA-accredited personal trainer program. Additionally, I trained in courses at the Center of Achievement through Adapted Physical Activity and volunteered in their aquatic and land-based therapeutic exercise programs to help individuals with special needs.
Although many clients come to me for rehab maintenance as well as prevention, I also specialize in healthy effective weightless and maintenance while guiding my clients through a safe program that helps them reach their health and fitness goals even into older age.
