About Ashley

I am a certified personal trainer with 18 years of experience. I am certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a PT and as a Sport Fitness Specialist. I have a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Kinesiology. All of my other certificaions and skills are listed in my profile.


I am experienced in "VIRTUAL" training. You choose the platform (ZOOM, FaceTime, Hangouts, WhatsApp) or I can suggest. It is quite personal, we are very connected to eachother, and I am here for your execution of goals, training enjoyment and safety. In virtual sessions we work with your space and limitations (size and even if the kiddos are running aroung). We can utilize equipment if you have some, but it is not required.


I can travel to you or you can travel to me for in-person training. We can meet in your home/space, public park, etc. I bring all the tools if you do not have any equipment. I use a variety of tools in your sessions. I offer personal, buddy or even group training. 


While I believe my experience allows me to connect with a wide range of personalities and goals, I want you to decide for yourself. I am truly passionate about YOU. I believe in People. I don't put a ceiling on myself or on my clients and I help them to find their potential and I help them to achieve finding the best version of themself (in perhaps more ways than just fitness) I am YOUR personal coach!

Ashley taught a sport specific bootcamp in which she instructed players in various strength and conditioning drills and exercises to enhance our athletic performance. Ashley developed a program that allowed players to maximize our time in the Boot Camp. Each hour is jam packed with training. There was no wasted time. Ashley's Boot Camp enhanced athletic performance in areas including speed, power, reaction time, and mobility. It improved our stamina, core strength and balance. She also clearly demonstrated techniques and exercises designed to help with coordination and mobility and reduce injuries. Thanks to Ashley's Boot Camps my game has improved and I feel I can play much longer before becoming fatigued
