About Cameron
My name is Cameron Wiggins. I’m the owner of Cam Wiggins Fitness. I help busy moms over 40 who struggle with fitting in fitness maximize their limited time so they can lose weight, gain strength, and be full of the energy they need to show up powerfully each day for their families. I’ve found that most busy moms struggle to make time for their health and fitness. Many feel ashamed that they let their health fall by the wayside so they try to do what worked in the past to lose weight but realize that doesn’t work anymore. Others are afraid to train because they had a bad experience with a previous trainer. They want to look and feel stronger, have more energy, and increase their confidence. They want to stay active with their family and enjoy doing the things they love. But they continue to think the problem is their weight…and that health is a number on a scale. So they join weight loss challenges, endlessly searching for the “next” supplement, and jump from diet to diet, but fail to create strong health habits and end up right back where they started — or worse. The real problem is that their mindset around health keeps them stuck with the same unsatisfying results they’ve always gotten, listening to the wrong advice, feeling uncomfortable in their bodies, fear not fitting in, and being judged in the gym, so they quit exercising altogether. What they really need is to go beyond weight loss programs and diets to discover sustainable health by developing a new mindset and creating a few core habits that are the foundation of health and fitness.
My favorite client story
Years ago, my mom faced one of the toughest battles of her life: a cancer diagnosis. Chemotherapy left her weak and drained, but her fighting spirit never wavered. After beating cancer, she made the courageous decision to rebuild her strength and health.
That's when she walked into my gym.
We started slowly, focusing on building a foundation of strength and stamina. With each session, I saw a glimmer of the vibrant woman I knew my mom to be reemerge.
Today, my mom is not only cancer-free but thriving. She's stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever before. Her journey is a testament to the power of perseverance and the transformative impact of fitness.
I'm incredibly proud of her, and I'm honored to have played a small part in her inspiring comeback story.
