About Cameron
My name is Cameron Wiggins, and I help busy women over 40 feel strong, confident, and energized again—without spending hours in the gym or following restrictive diets.
As a coach, I’ve seen how easy it is for moms to put everyone else first. Most of the women I work with feel like they “should have it figured out by now,” but the routines that worked in their 20s and 30s no longer fit their bodies or their lives. Some had discouraging experiences with trainers in the past. Others feel intimidated by crowded gyms or worry they’re “too out of shape” to start again.
At Cam Wiggins Fitness, I provide a safe, supportive, judgment-free experience designed specifically for women navigating real life—careers, parenting, stress, menopause, and changing bodies. My job isn’t to push you into extreme workouts. My job is to guide you with simple, effective strength training and practical habits that fit into the time you actually have.
Most women come to me thinking the problem is their weight. But what’s really holding them back is outdated advice and a mindset that makes fitness feel all-or-nothing. Once they learn a sustainable way to train, eat, and care for their bodies, everything changes:
they get stronger, move with confidence, feel energized throughout the day, and finally enjoy being active with their families again.
If you want a coach who meets you where you are, understands the real challenges women over 40 face, and gives you a clear, sustainable path forward, I’d love to help. Together, we’ll build the strength, energy, and resilience you need to feel great in your body and thrive in everyday life.
My favorite client story
My favorite success story will always be my mom.
A few years ago, she was diagnosed with cancer and went through the physical and emotional toll of chemotherapy. It left her exhausted, weak, and unsure of how to rebuild her strength. But her determination never faded.
When she walked into my gym after beating cancer, we started exactly where she was — slowly, intentionally, and without pressure. Session by session, we focused on confidence, stability, and foundational strength. And little by little, I watched her come back to life. Her energy improved. Her strength returned. Her confidence grew.
Today, she’s not only cancer-free — she’s thriving. She’s stronger, healthier, and moving better than she has in years.
Her journey is a reminder of why I do this work: fitness has the power to rebuild a body, restore hope, and give someone their life back. I’m grateful I got to guide her through that chapter, and she continues to inspire every client who walks through my doors.

My training philosophy
My training philosophy is simple: build strength the right way, with a foundation that keeps you safe, confident, and capable for life.
I prioritize proper form, joint-friendly movements, and resistance training that meets you exactly where you are. Every workout is tailored to your abilities and your goals, with a focus on helping you move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free.
Education is a big part of my coaching style. I want you to understand your body, build positive habits, and feel empowered to take control of your health long after the session ends. I create an encouraging, judgment-free environment where you can challenge yourself, have fun, and see measurable progress without feeling overwhelmed.
My ultimate goal is to help you achieve results that last: more strength, more energy, more confidence, and to help you build sustainable habits that support a healthier, happier life for years to come.
My training experience
My passion for fitness started on the basketball court, where I learned discipline, consistency, and what it takes to develop real strength. That passion led me to pursue a degree in Kinesiology and ultimately build my own training business to help others improve the way they move, feel, and live.
With over nine years of hands-on experience as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, I’ve developed expertise in corrective exercise, strength training, mobility improvement, and injury prevention. I specialize in helping everyday adults, especially women over 40, train safely, build strength, and feel confident in their bodies again.
Whether you’re returning to fitness, managing pain, or looking to reach new performance goals, I’ll create a personalized program that meets you where you are and guides you toward moving better than you have in years. My approach is supportive, educational, and results-driven, ensuring you feel confident and capable every step of the way.
