Just want to thank you for helping me get back to where I was. I needed this. Having you as a trainer has helped in so many ways. Thanks for believing in me. :)
That workout was awesome. I feel it everywhere and feel stronger. Would love to do it again minus the lunges but I will. My biceps hurt today and glutes, hamstrings and quads feel good.
During the initial lock down the combination of stress, a stationary lifestyle and uniformed dieting reaped havoc on my body. Once I started to move and balance my nutrition, the inflammation reduced. Thanks to Exercise3S I'm back on track and feeling healthy!
I have been working with Elvis for a few months now. However the first couple of months was just trying to get me through traveling and caring for my sister who has leukemia. I have a L4-5 back injury, foot injuries, and bursitis. I'm also not exactly warm and fuzzy. I am an introvert. Don't I sound like an ideal client!? Elvis has been patient but pushes without pain. He listens when something might be a little too much but doesn't lower his expectations. I have been without pain for over 2 weeks. I haven't been without pain for this many consecutive days in years. I'm stronger and more stable. I just worked an extra job so I could sign up for another 20 sessions with Elvis. It is worth every penny. He is dedicated and consults with others when needed. Highly recommend!
Thank you for being my personal trainer this month. I learned so much from you and will continue with your prescribed exercises. Elvis Arevalo is more knowledgeable than trainers I have at Total Woman Gym in Glendale and LA Fitness in Pasadena. He helped me strengthen my knees beyond my 20 Physical Therapy sessions. He has helped me get back to tennis that I had given up for the last year and a half. I have highly recommended him to other Medicare friends.
I am writing to let you know how much I enjoyed every work out. I was very happy with the workouts you brought me, which I will continue to use so thank you for those. I appreciate the catalogs you send me. I wouldn't change anything about the way you trained me. I hope we can do it again.
He is amazing! I am always wary of personal training sessions and I went into it trying to keep an open mind and I was pleasantly surprised. I needed some guidance because I tend to do the same things every time I go to the gym, and Elvis helped me learn some tools to supplement my training with. He's a Spartan racer and a trail runner and running on trails is one of my favorite things to do so he was able to help me focus on exercises that will help me develop my core which will ultimately make a better (and less clumsy) runner. Elvis is a great trainer! I look forward to working out with him more!
What I enjoyed about our sessions: You put in the extra effort to send me individual workouts for 4 weeks! You send me different resources/articles to turn to. You explained to me what we were working on and why. You were prepared. You challenged me. You helped me correct my body during workouts. You follow up! Thank you so much!
I haven’t seen the results I’ve wanted in the past because I was always getting injured. Elvis gets the balance just right between safety and challenge. I’ve been able to get strong and also feel more capable and at ease in my body. He’s a gem and I recommend him to everyone I know!
I’ve had a great experience with Elvis so far. I’ve been working with him for almost three months, and I’ve noticed that I now feel (and look) stronger, have better posture, and pain related to my desk-job has basically disappeared! Thanks so much, Elvis!
I had received this as a gift initially and wasn’t sure what to expect. I’ve been working out with Elvis for a while now, and he has kept me motivated and pushing hard to get me into the best shape. Elvis is great and is very knowledgeable about fitness as a whole and very educated in what works well for a women’s body type as well. He has given me the best tips to stay healthy and fit based on my fitness goals I have for myself. I would highly recommend him to help you along your fitness journey!
Thanks for being so awesome. Truth is...I try to hide this crazy/stressed side of myself from the world. But you get the real view... Thanks for being so encouraging and accepting.
