I’ve worked with many clients that are in different fitness conditions & able to train anyone, I have a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from SDSU and I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer. I specialize in Functional Aging, Muscle Gain, Weight loss, Performance Enhancement, And Corrective Exercise. A typical session for me is focusing on the client's needs, I keep my clients motivated and excited about reaching their goals. Most of the people that I've trained are around the ages 40-82 but I am 24 years old and train 5 days a week so I can work with younger clients also. I chose this career because I enjoy movement and physical activities so I decided to learn about the mechanics of the body and help others achieve their fitness goals.
My favorite client story
My favorite client story is when one of my elderly clients couldn't raise his hands over his head, in 2 weeks he was able to do it after following the corrective exercise program. The client was one of my first trainees after he reached his goal he gave me a bonus.

My training philosophy
I train my clients from the “inside-out,” meaning that I aim to bring clients into better alignment by improving postural imbalances while strengthening the core and intrinsic stabilizing muscles.
I'll create a strong and stable base with a good balance for my trainee in order to promote optimal muscular efficiency which boosts performance & results.
