About Joseph

I have years of experience and training from weightlifting to kickboxing. Growing up I have always been involved in physical activities and found myself in the gym frequently working on my fitness goals. It wasn’t until 2015 where fitness changed my life and helped me in so many ways such as finding confidence and living a healthier life. That’s when I decided I wanted to learn and share my knowledge to help others in more ways then just physical aesthetics but overall health & wellness. My main focus and goal is to design a plan specifically designed to your needs and create an environment where you are excited and ready to work hard for each session.
