I offer one-on-one or partner training sessions both in-person and remotely, as well as hosting monthly small group classes. I offer a free initial consultation and discounts for every new customer, no exceptions! I am well-versed in health and fitness and can apply my expertise and passion to create an exercise program tailored to your specific goals and needs. After every workout session, I could feel myself getting stronger and in just a few short weeks I started seeing results. I noticed my clothing started to feel looser, I had more energy throughout my busy days which encouraged me to continue the classes. Her full-body workout sessions were fun and engaging which ultimately helped me achieve my goals. I really enjoyed all my sessions with Kailey. We started off slowly so that she could get an idea of my comfort level and we gradually increased the intensity. She was so supportive even when I felt like I couldn't push through certain moves. Kailey always had a smile on and sprinkled in really interesting information about the way our bodies/muscles work and how what we were doing targeted certain areas. Every session was alot of fun! I would highly recommend her!
