About Kyle
I want to help people reach their fitness goals and I enjoy the progressive process that it takes to get there. With a BS in Exercise Science and pre-physical therapy ( San Diego State University), an AA in Kinesiology (Mesa College), currently in school pursuing my doctorate in Physical Therapy, I am a certified as a corrective exercise specialist (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and personal trainer ( National Council of Strength and Fitness), I have the necessary knowledge and experience to get you to where you want to be but you have to want it. I enjoy seeing my clients transformations and helping their body move more efficiently.

I started training with Kyle in October of 2019 and immediately clicked with his knowledgeable, calm coaching style. We meet on a consistent basis and every week I’m getting a fantastic, varied training program. I’m not an exercise enthusiast by any means, but I always look forward to my training sessions. I get a challenging workout that I can conquer at my own pace with a healthy dose of motivation from Kyle. He is a trainer that is always present and connecting with his client, paying attention to limitations and injuries and modifying workouts to get feasible results for his client. I feel much healthier and more energized since I started training and plan to train with Kyle until either he retires or I ship off to a distant country. But probably still then I’d have him train me as a hologram.
I have used Kyle as a trainer for several years and he is always on time and totally responsible and respectful. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and is currently in school working on his Doctor of Physical Therapy. One other great thing about Kyle is he has a great sense of humor! I can absolutely recommend him!

Kyle Wade has been my personal trainer for almost a year. We meet once-a-week outdoors at a local park near my home. Kyle’s knowledge of physical therapy, kinesiology, musculature, nutrition and the human body is amazing. His professional commitment is also clear in his pursuit of a doctoral degree in physical therapy. Kyle’s expertise shines in each of our weekly sessions. His suggestions and coaching are grounded in science yet remain creative, results-focused and FUN! I feel like Kyle’s coaching is always custom tailored to me and my fitness goals while honoring my physical limitations. I’m a 68 year-old retired male with too many years of office work and not enough working-out (also a knee replacement, spine surgery, etc.). When I retired, I decided to refocus on health, diet and fitness. I quickly made the mental commitment but struggled to create a consistent practice. Then a friend referred me to Kyle and the rest is history. Kyle listened carefully to my goals, assessed my physical strengths and limitations, and began my journey with exercises I could master and graduate from. Since we began, he’s coached me on a path that includes exercise, learning and motivation…which I credit for my progress to date. I now eagerly do my at-home workouts throughout the week while using my sessions with Kyle to learn new exercises and perfect my form. SOME KEY LEARNINGS • Full-body exercise does NOT require a gym membership or even weights. A personal trainer, yoga mat, TRX straps and resistance bands can produce amazing results. The tools are light, portable, inexpensive and you can enjoy a complete workout anywhere with a door frame, including a hotel room. • Form is everything. Kyle is very observant and adept at teaching safe, correct form with each exercise. My results have been amazing and I’ve had no pain or injuries. I’ve also lost weight and developed great tone in places I never knew I had muscles! • Training with Kyle has naturally caused me to begin moving with intention through life, with less wasted motion and more safely. My cycling, surfing, hiking, lifting, bending, squatting, general strength, endurance and posture have all improved as a result. I have been training with Kyle for over a year, through pregnancy, postpartum and injuries. Through each phase he takes any limitations into consideration and adapts the regimen accordingly. My exercises are always different which keeps it challenging and interesting but always safe. He is very knowledgeable and has been vital in keeping my body healthy and toned.
