My name is Lloyd Sarte and I have 15+ years of experience in Personal Training and Group Exercise Instruction. I have a degree in Kinesiology (the study of human movement) with an emphasis on Rehabilitation and Therapeutic Exercise. Alongside training, I teach Sports Medicine/Health & Fitness to High School Students who are interested in going into the Patient Care Field and serve as a Transformational Life Coach to help those in need of finding answers to challenging life questions. I met Lloyd Sarte almost three years ago. I was diagnosed with hyperlipidemia and I had three surgeries. My doctor had advised me to exercise but when I did it I ended up injuring myself. That’s why I decided to look for professional help and hired Mr. Sarte. He understood my case and designed a workout routine just for me. That decision changed my life for good. Lloyd is a skilled, thoughtful, and encouraging trainer who is a pleasure to train with. He works with the whole person: mentally, emotionally and physically, and has been my personal trainer and a great motivator for a number of years. I was looking for someone who could help with my posture and gait. I knew my right leg rotated out more than my left and Lloyd saw that right away in our first meeting. This tight right hip caused sciatica which caused me to favor my left side— leading to bad posture. Lloyd helped so much by helping me stretch, roll out the tight muscles, and strengthen my weaker ones to alleviate the pain, help me walk better, and stand straighter. I can’t be anymore thankful for his help.
