My approach was forged through more than a decade in performance sport — football, basketball, track, and Muay Thai — and through rebuilding myself after injury, addiction, and significant weight gain. I’ve lived in a high-performance body, and I’ve rebuilt one from the ground up. That full arc of experience shapes how I coach and how I view people.
The system I teach was only possible through years spent studying how humans adapt — physically, mentally, and behaviorally. Time in silence. Exposure to philosophy, psychology, history, and science. A willingness to question shallow answers and reduce complexity down to first principles.
The result is not dogma or spirituality for its own sake.
It’s clarity.
I don’t babysit workouts or keep people dependent on me. I teach physical and metabolic sovereignty — how to build a body that is capable, resilient, and reliable under pressure.
