At the start of your training program, we will discuss the your specific goals and I will formulate a realistic plan to allow you to not only reach them, but be excited about it! I use minimal equipment, taking advantage of gravity and ground reaction forces to safely create an appropriate functional fitness program. I can meet you in a home gym, at a public park, or wherever you are comfortable. All I need is open space, and I can create a GREAT workout program for YOU!

I believe in the truth of function- what do muscles and joints REALLY do? Just because an exercise is hard, does that make it good? How does this knowledge help people function better, and how will this better their lives? Injury prevention is life enhancement. Over my career, every single client I have worked with has had some issue that has taken away from allowing themselves to live their life to the fullest, whether it be excelling in their sport, playing with their kids or grand-kids, or just living life pain free. My philosophy is not just to have clients lose weight and get in shape, but also transform their lives and enhance their vitality.
